This program is designed for the player who wants to get everything out of themselves. We start with a full body assessment and a mental exam to see where the player is starting out. Once we collect all this data we develop a custom workout program and throwing program to work with. We write the workouts daily depending on how the athlete feels. You never know what can happen overnight so all workouts and throwing has to be adjustable. We help the athlete with the mental part of the game as well. In reality this is the main component to becoming the best pitcher you can be. If you are not working on the mental game in your career at any level then you are going to be far behind in the future. We work with athletes in every aspect of their baseball career and their life. I consider myself like an older brother of the client and treat them with the most respect and honesty as i would a family member. There is no easy path in this game so finding someone like us that has the experience to help is a game changer for players. First option here is the Remote Training Program but you will not have unlimited communication with us. If you are experienced or at a younger age this program could be for you. Its everything in our original program but we just wont have as much communication as the main package. We will discuss things every two weeks to see your progress.
Mechanical analysis and assessment is where i really look over your throw and assess your body. I provide a thorough analysis and provide a path to fix your inefficiencies. I will need multiple camera angles to achieve this. From the back, the side, and the front would be ideal for this option. After i will have you run through the assessment of mobility and athleticism.
If you are interested in our training style and throwing we created this program for you. We will assess you with various drills and movements and after this ill develop a plan for you just like the full access training. I will write your workouts and throwing weekly. I will Jump on a zoom call with all of you weekly to discuss your progress and any questions you may have. You will be part of the community with others inside the program.
