We start of with a full assessment of the body to get data on your range of motion and movement patterns. After we look at your athleticism and your ability to control your own body weight through certain movements. Once we have a good feel on how you are moving we will test different throws and test your swing in golf and baseball. We want to really know how well you can move both ways. Once we get all this information we will start to program you your workouts and throwing. We speak to our clients everyday multiple times if needed. This is a brotherhood/mentorship. We have the experience to help you make the right decisions in this game. As long as we keep our client on a upward trend up and to the right then we will be on the path for greatness.
If you are a organization and you want to get programming for you team we can help. These programs can be anywhere from a six month program to a smaller program that would last six weeks. We can customize it anywhere especially once we assess your whole team and get a feel for their athleticism and skill levels. This will be from all our workouts to a throwing program for the players. We will also include the biggest thing in sports and that is the mental side. We all have struggled with this but we have built a course for teams to study and learn from.
I will take a look at how you move down the mound. I will need different angles of your delivery. One from behind, one from the front, and one from the side in front of you. I will send you a full description of what i think you should work on and if working with me further is a good option. Also will include movement patterns to focus on and how to actually achieve it on the mound.
